Last updated: February 18, 2026
1. Agreement to Terms
By booking services with Bloom & Brush Face Painting ("we," "us," or "our"), you agree to these Terms of Service. These terms apply to all face painting services, events, and interactions with our business. If you do not agree with these terms, please do not book our services.
2. Services
Bloom & Brush provides professional face painting services for events including but not limited to birthday parties, corporate events, community gatherings, school events, festivals, and private parties. Services are available in North Georgia, Western North Carolina, and Southeast Tennessee.
3. Bookings & Reservations
All bookings are subject to availability. To secure your event date, a booking confirmation is required. We recommend booking at least 4–6 weeks in advance, as weekends and holidays fill up quickly.
- A deposit may be required to hold your date.
- Final event details (location, time, number of guests) should be confirmed at least 7 days before the event.
- We reserve the right to decline or reschedule bookings at our discretion.
4. Cancellation & Rescheduling
We understand plans change. Our cancellation policy is as follows:
- More than 7 days before the event: Full refund of any deposit paid.
- Within 7 days of the event: Deposits are non-refundable, but may be applied to a rescheduled date within 90 days.
- No-shows: No refund will be issued for no-shows.
We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule due to illness, severe weather, or other circumstances beyond our control. In such cases, a full refund or rescheduled date will be offered.
5. Safety & Health
Your safety is our priority. We use only professional-grade, FDA-compliant face paints and cosmetics that are non-toxic and safe for skin.
- We will not paint on broken, sunburned, or irritated skin.
- If your child has sensitive skin or known allergies, please notify us in advance so we can perform a patch test.
- Parents/guardians are responsible for informing us of any known allergies or skin conditions.
- We follow strict hygiene practices including sanitizing brushes and sponges between each guest.
6. Event Requirements
To ensure the best experience, we require:
- A shaded, well-lit area with access to a table and chairs.
- Access to clean water and a power outlet (if needed for lighting).
- Reasonable protection from wind and rain for outdoor events.
7. Liability
Bloom & Brush carries liability insurance for all events. However, we are not responsible for allergic reactions that occur despite the use of hypoallergenic products, especially when allergies were not disclosed prior to the event. By allowing your child to participate, you acknowledge and accept these terms.
8. Photography & Media
We may take photos of our work at events for use on our website, social media, and marketing materials. If you prefer that photos of your child not be used, please let us know before or during the event and we will respect your wishes.
9. Pricing & Payment
Pricing varies based on the type and duration of the event. Current pricing information is available on our Pricing page.
- Payment is due at the time of service unless otherwise arranged.
- We accept cash, Venmo, Zelle, and other common payment methods.
- Travel fees may apply for events outside our standard service areas.
10. Changes to Terms
